Reviewing drawing & design

Before proceeding with quoting, we conduct a thorough review of the drawing and design details with a focus on workability. Any necessary design changes for production will be proposed and evaluated. Key information, such as tube material, specifications, quantity, tolerance, and other requirements, will be carefully reviewed to ensure that the price evaluation is practical and accurate.

Tube material and shape options

Different tube shapes offer varying properties, performance, and applications. Oval tubes: Increase stiffness along the long axis. Teardrop tubes: Provide better intersection matching and greater torsion resistance compared to conventional round tubes. Diamond tubes: Enhance both lateral and vertical stiffness, performing well in aerodynamics. Their narrow profile reduces drag by presenting less frontal surface to the wind.

Welding, Surface treatment, Heat treatment

We specialize in welding Aluminum Alloy using techniques like smooth welding and T.I.G welding according to customer requirements. We also offer flexibility with tooling costs. For standard specification bike frames or parts that fit our current welding jigs and fixtures, no additional cost will be incurred.

Finish, PVD, Painting, and Decal Services

To provide comprehensive service, we partner with painting and decal specialists. Customers can refer to Pantone or YS color codes for color selection. For decals, customer artwork is required to determine the cost based on design complexity, size, and location.

Assembly service

As part of our extended service offerings, we can assemble small quantities of road bikes, MTBs, folding bikes, and recumbent bikes. To provide a complete quote, we need specific part and accessory specifications for the bike.
