Our founder, Mr. Sam Lee, often likens himself to a farmer. This is not only because he comes from a farming family, but also because he embodies the steady, solid progress year by year that is characteristic of farming. He also considers himself a scholar, as he reads extensively and seeks valuable knowledge from books. Furthermore, he acts as a warrior, facing challenges head-on and persevering relentlessly. This is the spirit that drives Pan Taiwan. We conduct our business with honesty, reasonableness, and continuous self-improvement.
At Pan Taiwan, we believe that strong partnerships are founded on clear understanding, effective communication, and mutual respect. We listen to our customers, understand their requirements, and protect their intellectual property. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) on equal terms before any design information is shared. Even in the absence of an NDA, we commit to never using customer-funded tooling to produce items for others. We also maintain a collaborative and respectful relationship with our subcontractors, addressing and resolving issues together while insisting on high quality and timely delivery. We never delay payments to our subcontractors.
